Product Resources

This limited warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship when the product is maintained and used for its intended purpose.  If you believe your product is covered by our limited warranty, please contact us at FlexTable@tcfd.org.  We will examine the product and decide in our discretion if it is covered by this limited warranty.  If covered, we will either repair the product or replace it, in our sole discretion.  If it’s determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product or otherwise not covered as set forth below, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

 

This warranty is intended to benefit the original purchaser of the product in the United States.  This warranty does not cover consequential damages.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Changes in surface finish

• Normal wear and tear

• Modifications made by the user

• Products that were not installed or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings

• Damage or marking of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign objects

• Use of the product for an unintended purpose

 

 

APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIODS

2 YEARS from the date of purchase – All surfaces, table tops, and legs/base.

​

1 YEAR from the date of purchase – Mechanical parts and caster wheels.
